Your Role:

You will guide and nurture architectural designs from concept to reality. Your influence will span across all phases, from conceptual designs and presentations to the details of construction documents, production, and construction administration.

In this client-facing role, it is expected that you develop and maintain relationships with clients by establishing and nurturing a trust and rapport by not only meeting their immediate needs but also understanding their long-term goals and concerns.

Qualifications:

Architectural Expertise: A professional degree in Architecture with a remarkable 10+ years of experience. Architectural Registration is preferred.

Design: Have a strong and diverse design portfolio, with an emphasis on educational facilities.

Inspiring Leadership: Demonstrate ability to inspire and mentor your team and foster a culture of growth and creativity.

Organization Skills: Exhibit strong organizational acumen, with the ability to prioritize, set clear, and measurable goals.
