We are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Project Manager to join our Dallas Studio team. The ideal candidate will be a comprehensive design thinker with a strong track record of translating design vision into built reality at multiple scales, managing production teams, and developing long-lasting relationships with clients and consultants.
Your Role:
Lead and manage design projects from schematic design through construction, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting project timelines and budget requirements.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop design solutions that exceed expectations and align with project goals.
Manage and mentor production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow, quality control, and project delivery.
Develop and maintain strong client and consultant relationships, cultivating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, technical detailing, and quality control procedures.
Oversee submittals and the construction phase to ensure project specifications are met.
Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in design technology, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Architectural Registration is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
Strong and diverse design portfolio, with an emphasis on educational facilities.
Proficient in Revit; competence in SketchUp and Photoshop is a plus.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong multi-tasking abilities with excellent communication skills.
Knowledgeable of the design and construction process and building codes.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and mentor your team and foster a culture of growth and creativity.
