Naila Hasan is an Architectural Associate at BWA Architects, bringing a rich background in both architecture and interior design. She earned her Master’s in Interior Design from the University of Oklahoma in 2024, following a Bachelor’s in Architecture. Prior to joining BWA, Naila worked on various architectural and interior design projects, honing her skills in space planning, materials selection, construction documentation, and client collaboration.

Naila is deeply committed to creating spaces that balance aesthetic beauty and functionality, with a strong focus on universal accessibility, sustainability, and efficiency. Her design philosophy is centered on addressing environmental challenges, promoting community development, and ensuring accessibility for all.

At OU, Naila was awarded a full Tuition-Waiver scholarship and earned recognition for her research, winning the Best Graduate Student award at the 2023 IDEC Regional Conference. She also received the Time Management and Customer Satisfaction awards in her early career with a real estate developer in Bangladesh.

Outside of work, Naila is passionate about traveling and exploring diverse architectural styles and natural landscapes. She also enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
