Jay has a commitment to service that has resulted in an ever-growing base of clients for over 50 years. Jay brings over four decades of project experience through all phases of design and construction, to the team, working namely with Native American, Education, and Healthcare clients.

As the Principal, Jay oversees the overall scheduling and strategic planning and positioning on both short and long-term goals, working with his leadership team on direction, culture, and growth of his team.

Jay has an immense passion for precision in documents, and construction oversight. To this day he remains an active participant on all projects, mentoring and reviewing through the documentation and construction phases, while also working in the field, with all efforts geared toward creativity done right to keep clients happy.

In his time away from the office, Jay enjoys hunting and fishing with his grand kids, and spending time on a corner of the beach with his family.
