Emad Sarooghi joined BWA as a Construction Coordinator intern, where he assists the senior construction coordinator in facilitating communication between project contractors and the office. He has a diverse range of professional experience after working in Iran as an architectural designer and project engineer.

Additionally, he is a graduate assistant and Ph.D. student in Planning, Design, and Construction at the Gibbs College of Architecture, University of Oklahoma. His research focuses on the integration of GIS and BIM, smart cities' strategies for contractors, and energy management practices in construction.

Outside of work, Emad enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling. When he isn’t outdoors or out of town, he enjoys relaxing by watching various TV shows and movies!
